Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. Issuing your card

Your card is issued under licence from Visa or Mastercard through our authorised issuing partner. Ownership of the card remains with the issuer. You must activate the card before first use following the instructions in the app.

2. Using your card

You can use your card to pay merchants that accept the scheme, withdraw cash from ATMs, and make online purchases. Some transactions may require strong customer authentication, which we deliver through your device or a one-time code.

3. Limits

Daily and monthly limits apply to spending, ATM withdrawals, and online purchases. Current limits are shown in the card settings. We may temporarily reduce limits if we detect unusual activity or if required by law.

4. Unauthorized transactions

If your card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission, freeze it immediately in the app and contact us. Subject to applicable law and provided you have not acted fraudulently or with gross negligence, your liability for unauthorised transactions is capped.

5. Refunds

Refunds from merchants are credited to the card account once the merchant processes them, typically within 3–5 business days. If you don't receive an expected refund you can raise a dispute through the app.

6. Closing or replacing your card

You can cancel or replace a card at any time in the app. We may replace your card ahead of its expiry date or to upgrade its security features; we'll notify you in advance when we do.
