Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. Scope

These terms apply when you use our invoicing features to generate, send, and accept payment on invoices. They are additional to your Business account terms.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data on every invoice you create, including recipient details, line items, amounts, tax rates, and any regulatory-required fields in your jurisdiction.

3. Collection and payment

When a payer settles an invoice through the payment link, funds land in your NextPayment account net of any processing fee. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes follow the rules of the payment network used by the payer.

4. Record retention

We retain invoice records for at least ten years for your tax and audit needs. You can export them at any time as PDF or CSV.
