UK data protection addendum

How UK GDPR applies to personal data transferred out of the United Kingdom.

1. Purpose of this addendum

This addendum clarifies how our main Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement apply to personal data protected under UK GDPR. It works alongside, and does not replace, those documents.

2. International data transfers

Where personal data leaves the United Kingdom we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy regulation issued by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

3. Supervisory authority

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
