Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the NextPayment mobile app on devices you own or control, for the sole purpose of managing your account and accessing our services.

2. App store terms also apply

Your use of the app on an Apple device is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms; on an Android device, to Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, these terms prevail for matters related to your NextPayment account.

3. Device requirements and security

You are responsible for keeping your device's operating system up to date and for securing it with a passcode, biometrics, or equivalent. We may restrict or block access from devices that appear jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise compromised.

4. Push notifications

With your permission we send push notifications for security events, payment confirmations, and product updates. You can change notification preferences in your device settings or in the app's notification centre at any time.

5. Updates and sunset

We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or improve security. We may also end support for older versions of iOS or Android — when we do, we will give reasonable notice inside the app.

6. Ending the licence

You can end your licence to the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the app does not close your NextPayment account — you can still access it from the web.
