Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and NextPayment when you open or use a personal account. By signing up, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have read and accepted this agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you at least two months' notice of any material change, unless the change is required by law or benefits you — in which case it may take effect sooner.

2. Who can open an account

You can open a personal account if you are a resident of a country we currently support and can provide the identity documents we request. We may refuse an application if we cannot verify your identity, if we believe the account would be used unlawfully, or if you appear on a sanctions list.

3. Using your account

Your account lets you hold funds, send and receive payments, and use any card or feature we issue to you. You agree to keep your credentials secret, not share your card, and notify us immediately if your device or details are lost or compromised.

  • Keep your PIN, password, and verification codes private.
  • Enable the strongest authentication option available on your device.
  • Let us know within 24 hours if you notice a transaction you did not authorize.

4. Fees and limits

Most everyday features are included in your plan. Fees for specific services are listed in our Fees schedule, which forms part of this agreement.

We may apply sending, receiving, or holding limits to protect your account and meet regulatory obligations. We will show you the applicable limit before you attempt a transaction.

5. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from the app. We can also close your account with at least two months' notice, or immediately if you break these terms, give us false information, or if we are required to do so by law.

On closure, we will return any remaining balance to a bank account in your name once we've completed our standard checks.

6. Our liability

We're responsible for providing the services described in these terms with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for losses caused by events outside our control, or for losses that arise because you did not keep your credentials secure.

7. How to reach us

In-app chat is the fastest way to get help, 24/7. You can also email support@nextpayment.com or write to our registered office at the address listed in our Regulatory information page.
