1. Our guiding principle

NextPayment is built for legitimate personal and business use. You agree not to use the service for any activity that is illegal, harmful to others, or that exposes us to undue legal, financial, or reputational risk.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use your account to:

  • Send, receive, or store the proceeds of crime, including fraud or money laundering.
  • Finance terrorism, weapons proliferation, or any sanctioned activity.
  • Trade in illicit goods or services, or in counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.
  • Process payments for adult content, gambling, or regulated substances without prior written approval.
  • Circumvent sanctions, tax, or anti-money-laundering obligations.
  • Harass, defraud, or impersonate other users.

3. How we enforce this policy

We use automated monitoring, human review, and information from regulators and partners to detect breaches. Where we detect an issue we may ask for more information, temporarily block transactions, or close the account. Serious breaches are reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Appealing a decision

If we take action you believe is wrong, you can ask us to review it through our complaints procedure. We will explain the outcome of the review within 15 business days.
