1. Plan fees
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Monthly plans stop renewing at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans are refunded on a pro-rated basis if you cancel within 14 days of first purchase.
2. Hardware and physical cards
Unused physical cards can be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the card fee. Opened or activated cards are non-refundable but can be cancelled in the app.
3. Third-party merchant refunds
Refunds for purchases you make with your NextPayment card are issued by the merchant, not by us. If you don't receive an expected refund, raise a chargeback through the app.
