Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. Our company

NextPayment is a trading name operated by a regulated financial institution. Full company details — including registered name, registration number, and head office address — are published in the 'About' section of our website and kept up to date with public registries.

2. Licences we hold

We are authorised to provide payment services under the relevant regulatory framework in each market we operate in. Licence numbers and issuing authorities are published in our trust center, along with any permissions, conditions, or restrictions attached to each licence.

3. How your money is safeguarded

Client funds are held in segregated accounts at regulated partner banks. Those funds are not used to fund our own operations and are protected from our creditors in the unlikely event of our insolvency.

4. Card issuance

Our cards are issued under licence from Visa and Mastercard through authorised issuing partners. The card scheme and issuer for your card are shown on the back of your physical card and in the app.

5. Financial crime compliance

We run a risk-based anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing program, aligned with Financial Action Task Force recommendations. This includes ongoing transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence for higher-risk relationships, and timely reporting to competent authorities.
