Updated April 15, 20263 min readCurrent version
Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. Applicable regimes

We comply with sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, as well as the national sanctions regimes of the EU member states in which we operate.

2. Customer and transaction screening

We screen customers and beneficial owners against sanctions lists at onboarding and continuously thereafter. Payment instructions are screened in real time against the same lists, and any potential match is reviewed before the payment is released.

3. Blocking and reporting

Where sanctions require it, we will block or reject payments, freeze assets, and report to the relevant authority. We will provide you with the information we are legally allowed to share.

4. Your obligations

You must not use your account in breach of applicable sanctions, and must promptly respond to requests for information we need to meet our sanctions obligations.
