We measure and publish our Scope 1, 2, and operational Scope 3 emissions annually. We purchase renewable energy for our offices and data centres where available and offset residual unavoidable emissions through verified carbon removal projects.
3. Governance
Our board oversees risk, audit, and compensation through dedicated committees. We publish a clear escalation path for ethics concerns, and our whistleblowing channel is monitored independently of management.
4. Reporting
We publish an annual sustainability report aligned with GRI and SASB standards. Interim progress against our key targets is shared in our quarterly investor updates.
2. Social
We commit to paying every employee at or above the living wage for their location, publish our gender pay gap annually, and invest in financial inclusion through free basic accounts for qualifying customers.
