1. Our commitment
NextPayment has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We expect the same of every supplier, partner, and contractor we work with.
2. Assessing our risk
We assess the risk of modern slavery across our workforce and supplier base annually. Our business is largely office-based and technology-driven, placing us in a low-risk category, but we apply heightened checks for any supplier in higher-risk regions or sectors.
3. Action we take
Every employee completes anti-slavery training during onboarding. Supplier contracts include mandatory compliance clauses, and we review our approach with our board at least once a year.
