Whistleblowing policy

How to raise serious concerns about misconduct at NextPayment, safely and confidentially.

Updated April 15, 20263 min readCurrent version
Template notice. This document is published as a starting template. Final terms are subject to review by qualified counsel and to the specific licences and jurisdictions in which NextPayment operates.

1. Who can raise a concern

This policy is available to anyone — employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, or third parties — who becomes aware of conduct at NextPayment they believe is illegal, unethical, or a serious risk to customers.

2. Confidential reporting channel

Concerns can be raised through our independent whistleblowing platform, accessible through a link in our trust centre. Reports can be anonymous. The platform is monitored by an external provider and, within NextPayment, only by designated officers.

3. Protection from retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation of any kind against someone who raises a concern in good faith. Any retaliation is itself a serious disciplinary offence.

4. External reporting

Nothing in this policy prevents you from reporting matters directly to regulators, law enforcement, or other competent authorities.
