We want everyone to be able to manage their money with NextPayment, regardless of ability. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on our website and mobile apps, and to improve continuously based on real user feedback.
2. Accessibility features
Our apps support screen readers, dynamic text sizing, high-contrast mode, and reduced motion. Keyboard navigation is available across every screen of the web app.
3. Sharing feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier — on the website, in the app, or in our communications — please email accessibility@nextpayment.com. We aim to respond within three business days and fix confirmed issues in our next scheduled release.
